The Electrical Motor Winder is a full-time, on-site role based in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves rewinding and repairing AC and DC electric motors, including stators, armatures, and rotors, as well as performing basic reconditioning and complete rebuilds. Daily tasks include dismantling motors, inspecting and diagnosing faults, carrying out rotor bar replacement, bearing replacement, and core restack, and ensuring accurate electrical testing and balancing. The Electrical Motor Winder will follow technical drawings and specifications, perform motor circuit analysis, assist with installation and start-up, and maintain high safety and quality standards. Collaboration with technicians and supervisors, proper documentation of work performed, and adherence to company procedures and testing protocols are essential.
