Liberal Construction, LLC is seeking a Project Manager – Electrical (Power) to lead complex power projects in Djibouti, East Africa, from notice to proceed through closeout. The role requires managing schedule, budget, safety, quality and client relations on MV/LV distribution and substation works.

You will coordinate with engineers and site teams, develop and maintain schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and ensure timely procurement and commissioning.
