We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction activities for data center projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing electrical construction teams, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily electrical construction activities on data center projects.
- Manage electricians, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
- Monitor project schedules, work progress, and installation quality.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Review electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Track materials, equipment, labor, and workforce productivity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience preferred.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role.
- Data center construction experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and construction safety.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, and construction schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work onsite at project locations as required.
