Conduct research and analysis on employee relations trends, issues, and best practices to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancing employee relations initiatives. Support the resolution of employee relations matters, including investigations into employee complaints, disciplinary actions, and performance management issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Analyze employee data and metrics related to employee relations, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction surveys, to identify trends and develop strategies for improving employee relations and engagement. Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring they are aligned with company values, legal requirements, and industry best practices. Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations matters, including interpretation of policies, procedures, and legal regulations, and assist in addressing employee concerns and conflicts. Conduct training and workshops on employee relations topics, such as conflict resolution, effective communication, and respectful workplace behavior, to promote positive employee relations and a harmonious work environment. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records, including investigation reports, disciplinary actions, and other relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and company policies. Perform all duties related to Employee Relations. Academic & Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
