Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to students of all ages and levels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with students' needs and objectives
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in person or online
- Assess students' learning progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Create engaging and interactive learning activities to enhance students' understanding of the English language
- Keep track of attendance, grades, and other administrative tasks related to teaching
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to improve teaching methods and strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching/tutoring English as a second language
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people
- Strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and other aspects of the English language
- Familiarity with different teaching methods and techniques
- Ability to adapt lessons based on individual student needs
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Must have own visa/valid work permit for Qatar
