About the Company
Our client is a New York City-based, AI-native IT service management startup that launched in 2026 with a significant seed round co-led by two top-tier venture firms. Its platform builds a live model of the entire organization (employees, applications, devices, permissions, policies, systems and history) and uses AI agents and an automation engine to resolve IT requests and incidents end to end, replacing the manual, ticket-driven workflows that legacy ITSM platforms still depend on.
Key leadership from leading public infrastructure software companies as well as respected names in cloud, AI and enterprise technology. Early Fortune 500 customers are already seeing dramatically faster resolution times and meaningful cost savings.
The Opportunity
We are hiring founding Enterprise Account Executives to take this platform to the Fortune 500. You will close some of the company's defining enterprise deals, sell directly with the founding team, and help build the sales process everyone after you will run.
