Entry level baker

As an Entry Level Baker, you will assist our experienced bakers in preparing and baking a variety of delicious goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and more. You will learn new techniques and recipes while gaining valuable hands‑on experience in a professional bakery setting. No previous experience is required for this role, but a passion for baking and willingness to learn is a must. We offer on‑the‑job training and opportunities for growth within the company. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities
Assist with measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, icings, and other components Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and scales Monitor products while they bake to ensure quality standards are met Decorate finished goods with glazes, toppings, or other decorations Clean work areas and equipment after each use Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines Requirements
Passion for baking and willingness to learn Ability to follow recipes accurately Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Basic math skills for measuring ingredients Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time Good communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience) Location: Ar‑Ruais (accommodation available) We welcome applicants from all African countries with English fluency.
