As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner Take orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve hot or cold coffee and tea-based beverages according to customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment Handle cash transactions using our POS system Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is a plus, but not required Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Benefits
