The Dorne Region is looking for an Entry Level Client Services Representative in Las Vegas. This full-time, on-site position is designed for someone who enjoys helping people, learns quickly, and wants to build a foundation in client communication and business development.

You will connect with individuals who are exploring health coverage and life-benefit options, listen for what they need help understanding, and coordinate the appropriate next step. The work is relationship-driven, so professionalism, follow-through, and attention to detail matter every day.

You will receive structured training, examples, and regular feedback. Prior insurance experience and a degree are not required. People from retail, hospitality, athletics, fitness, recruiting, or customer service often bring strengths that translate naturally.
