About the Role
Manhattan Promotions is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and people-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Assistant. No previous experience is required! We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities to develop valuable communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Help organize event materials, displays, and promotional activities.
- Engage with attendees and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Represent partner brands and communicate campaign information to the public.
- Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
- Help maintain a professional and engaging atmosphere at events.
- Collaborate with team members to meet event objectives and deadlines.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
