Looking for More Than Just Another Job?
GlobalSource IT has been helping companies nationwide find specialized technology professionals for over 25 years. We're an established company with a smaller, close-knit recruiting team where hard work gets noticed, contributions matter, and success can directly impact your income.
We're looking for motivated, competitive people who want to build a career, not simply collect a paycheck.
No recruiting or technology experience? No problem.
We'll teach you the business, provide hands-on training, and give you the tools to succeed. What we can't teach is ambition, curiosity, persistence, or the drive to improve every day.
What You'll Do
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are outgoing, competitive, coachable, and results-driven.
Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other people-focused environments is a plus but not required. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
This isn't an easy job. Recruiting takes discipline, persistence, and a willingness to hear "no" without losing motivation. But for someone willing to put in the work, it can become an incredibly rewarding career.
Why GlobalSource IT?
If you're competitive, enjoy working with people, and want a role where your effort makes a real difference, we'd like to meet you.
