This position requires a strong field safety professional who can take ownership of site HSEQ compliance, communicate effectively with both field personnel and senior management, and maintain accurate safety documentation.

Required Qualifications
- OSHA 510 – Required
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a 3-year MVR check with no major moving violations
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong safety documentation and recordkeeping capabilities
Civil construction and SWPPP experience are HIGHLY preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily Safety Tailgate Meetings
- Maintain required safety documentation, including JHAs
- Develop Site-Specific Safety Plans
- Develop and maintain Emergency Action Plans
- Conduct accident, injury, and near-miss investigations
- Perform and document Root Cause Analyses
- Communicate investigation findings and corrective actions to Senior Management
- Monitor field activities and identify potential safety and environmental hazards
- Support ongoing civil/SWPPP compliance
- Work closely with project leadership, supervisors, contractors, and field personnel to maintain a strong safety culture
