We are looking for an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and strengthen EHS programs at our site. The ideal candidate will drive regulatory compliance, risk management, employee engagement, and a strong Zero Incident Safety Culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead site-wide EHS programs, objectives, and performance.
* Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health & safety regulations.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
* Monitor EHS KPIs, metrics, incidents, and corrective actions.
* Maintain applicable ISO/OHSAS certifications and support audits.
* Ensure timely closure of internal and regulatory findings.
* Lead EHS committees, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Manage EHS reporting, documentation, and regulatory communication.
* Support emergency response and crisis management.
* Drive continuous improvement and a strong safety culture across the organization.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Relevant EHS experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
* Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessment, audits, and training.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
