We are seeking an experienced ERP Lead to lead the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous enhancement of a large-scale enterprise ERP environment, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and related business applications.
This role offers the opportunity to drive digital transformation, business process optimization, AI enablement, and enterprise-wide ERP excellence within a highly professional and technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the ERP strategy, roadmap, governance framework, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead ERP operations across Finance, Procurement, Budgeting, Human Capital, Payroll, Reporting, and Workflow solutions.
- Oversee ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and application lifecycle management.
- Drive business process improvement and ensure ERP solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Manage ERP budgets, vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
- Establish robust governance around security, compliance, risk management, and audit requirements.
- Lead the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, automation solutions, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing ERP team while fostering collaboration across business and technology stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP consulting, ERP management, or enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and/or Dynamics AX.
- Proven success leading ERP implementations, integrations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- Experience managing ERP budgets, external vendors, and technology partners.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, governance, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Knowledge of ERP security, compliance, risk management, reporting, and data governance.
- Microsoft Dynamics, Agile, Project Management, ITIL, Architecture, or AI-related certifications are advantageous.
