Detailed Job DescriptionAs an ERP Solution Architect supporting Sight Spectrum in Qatar, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of Oracle Primavera Unifier solution architecture, project controls integration, workflow design, and operational readiness across mission-critical enterprise systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing comprehensive workflows, security models, data structures, reporting dashboards, project controls, and document management solutions for Project WAHED, architecting seamless integrations with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Primavera P6, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and external third-party systems, reviewing technical designs, custom APIs, and integration specifications to ensure absolute scalability, performance, and security compliance, working closely with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and business units to validate functional requirements and implement industry best practices, supporting rigorous testing cycles, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, go-live, and post-implementation operational readiness, preparing comprehensive technical documentation of architecture blueprints, integration specs, and operational runbooks, and managing application requirements. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex enterprise integration and workflow bottlenecks under strict service level agreements. Furthermore, you will manage application requirements ensuring strict compliance with the 10+ years IT delivery experience, 5+ years Primavera Unifier experience, and Qatar on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution architecture, design, and delivery of Oracle Primavera Unifier for Project WAHED in Qatar. Design robust enterprise workflows, security models, data structures, reporting frameworks, and document management solutions. Architect, configure, and oversee seamless integrations with Oracle Fusion, OIC, Primavera P6, CLM, APIs, and external systems. Review technical designs and integration specifications to guarantee strict standards of system scalability, performance, and security. Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders and business units to validate requirements and implement industry best practices. Support end-to-end testing, deployment execution, go-live coordination, and post-implementation operational readiness. Provide expert level-3 technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex enterprise integration anomalies. Maintain accurate, comprehensive technical documentation of architecture blueprints, integration specs, and operational runbooks. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 10+ years of progressive professional experience in IT delivery, enterprise software implementation, and solution architecture. Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on professional experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier architecture and delivery. Strong, demonstrable hands-on professional expertise in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Primavera P6. Comprehensive working knowledge and practical proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), project controls, and document management. Deep practical experience building enterprise integrations, custom APIs, and automated reporting frameworks. Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities under high-pressure conditions. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong executive stakeholder presentation and leadership abilities. Mandatory legal work eligibility and physical availability for full-time on-site professional operations in Qatar. Nice-to-Have Skills Professional certifications such as Oracle Primavera Unifier Certified Implementation Specialist or TOGAF Enterprise Architect. Prior professional working experience in top-tier technology consulting firms, mega-infrastructure engineering enterprises, or oil & gas corporations. Hands-on familiarity with enterprise database administration, SQL optimization, and cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure). Experience utilizing enterprise monitoring and observability suites (Datadog, Splunk, App Dynamics).
