Dot& is supporting a confidential private client in Abu Dhabi in hiring two experienced Estheticians / Wax Specialists. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in premium beauty salons, luxury hotel spas, or high-end wellness establishments, with a commitment to delivering exceptional personal care and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional waxing and hair removal treatments, including full-body and specialised waxing services.
- Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs, skin sensitivities, and treatment preferences.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, sanitation, privacy, and client comfort.
- Recommend appropriate skincare and aftercare practices based on client needs.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are clean, sanitised, and properly maintained.
- Deliver a personalised, discreet, and professional client experience aligned with luxury service standards.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and follow established service protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Esthetician, Wax Specialist, Waxing Therapist, or Beauty Therapist.
- Previous experience in a premium salon, luxury hotel spa, high-end beauty establishment, or upscale wellness centre is strongly preferred.
- Strong hands-on expertise in waxing and professional hair removal techniques.
- Good knowledge of skincare, hygiene practices, and post-treatment care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-service skills.
- Professional presentation, a pleasant personality, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
- Relevant beauty therapy qualifications or certifications are preferred.
Compensation: The salary budget is currently open for consideration. Compensation will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, technical expertise, and overall suitability for the role.
