Role Description The Esthetics Instructor is a part-time, on-site role based at the Littleton, CO campus. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in foundational and advanced esthetics, including theory and practical training in skincare techniques, treatments, and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include teaching classes, demonstrating procedures, supervising student work in the spa setting, assessing student progress, and providing feedback and mentorship. The Esthetics Instructor collaborates on curriculum implementation, ensures compliance with state licensing requirements, and maintains a professional, inclusive learning environment. The role also supports students with career guidance and professional development to prepare them for licensure and employment in the esthetics field.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Skin Care and Cosmetology, with current knowledge of esthetics techniques, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrated Teaching and Training skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly and support diverse learning styles.
• Experience with Curriculum Development, lesson planning, and alignment to state licensure requirements and industry best practices.
• Active esthetician or cosmetology license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain), with relevant professional experience in spa or clinical environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills, with a commitment to an inclusive and respectful classroom culture.
• Organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining accurate records, evaluations, and compliance documentation.
• Comfort with hands-on instruction, demonstrating procedures, and guiding students in client-facing service settings.
• Previous teaching or instructor experience in esthetics education is preferred.
