We are seeking an Estimation Engineer to join our Dubai, United Arab Emirates office. The role is responsible for preparing and submitting competitive tender proposals, while also supporting client engagement and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, analyze and process enquiries from potential customers and preparing quotations in accordance with current market rates.
- Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Preparing preliminaryschedules, work drawings, and project presentations. Experience in Primavera, AutoCAD is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering.
- 3-4 years of experience in piling/shoring engineering in similar position.
- Proven estimation/tendering background in geotechnical works.
- Exposure to project management or technical execution is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to read piling drawings and soil investigation reports.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environmentincluding multi-tasking.
- Good command of English language both written and spoken; knowledge in Urdu/Hindi/Arabic is an advantage.
