We are seeking an experienced construction professional with a strong track record in top-tier international contracting companies and proven responsibility for the estimation and tendering of large-scale, complex projects valued at USD 200 M+ . Key Requirements B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from a US/UK-accredited university Extensive estimation and tendering experience with leading international main contractors Proven exposure to major projects such as 50+ storey high-rise towers, airports, railways, bridges, data centers, luxury hotels/residences, ports and/or military assets Strong hands-on expertise in CCS, BOQs, quantity take-offs, RFQ packages, subcontractor evaluation, technical/commercial comparisons, tender pricing and bid strategy Experience leading tender teams, managing tender schedules, optimizing margins and presenting tender reviews to senior management/tender committees ESTIMATION MANAGER Strong career stability , with a demonstrated record of sustained tenure and progression.
