# Estimation & Proposal EngineerWe are seeking a motivated and ambitious Fresh Graduate to join our team as an Estimation & Proposal Engineer – Mechanical. This entry-level role is designed for a young professional eager to develop a career in the technical-commercial sector of the Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial engineering domain within the UAE.The candidate will work closely with senior engineers to analyze tender documents, perform material take-offs, and assist in compiling accurate technical and financial proposals.* Assist in reviewing client tender packages, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to understand project scopes.* Perform accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO) from mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and Excel.* Coordinate with sub-vendors to float inquiries, collect quotes, and prepare baseline technical price comparisons.* Support senior estimation engineers in calculating direct costs for labor, equipment, and mechanical materials.* Help compile technical literature, compliance statements, and commercial bid documents for final submission.#### Requirements* **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fresh Graduate / Entry-level).* **Nationality & Language:** Arab National with native-level Arabic and business-level English fluency (written and spoken).* **Location:** Currently residing in the UAE with a valid, transferable, or family-sponsored visa.* **Technical Skills:** Proficient in MS Excel for costing models and basic AutoCAD operations.* **Soft Skills:** Strong numerical aptitude, structural thinking, and high attention to detail.### Estimation & Proposal EngineerEngineering / Civil / MechanicalDubai**Experience:** 0-1 years
