Role Overview

We are seeking a Temporary Events Coordinator to support the Marketing team's growing events workload from October through December. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of upcoming events, working closely with internal stakeholders across departments as well as external suppliers to ensure seamless on-ground delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events end-to-end in line with the events calendar for October-December
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and departments to understand requirements, timelines, and expectations
• Handle event logistics, including venue setup, scheduling, transportation, and equipment/material coordination
• Manage on-ground execution during events, ensuring smooth delivery and promptly resolving any issues that arise
• Prepare and maintain event documentation, including run sheets, supplier contracts, and post-event reports
• Support the Marketing team by managing the events workload independently, allowing the team to focus on ongoing projects and day-to-day marketing activities
• Ensure brand consistency and quality standards are maintained across all event touchpoints
• Provide post-event evaluation and feedback to improve future event planning and execution.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in event coordination will be an advantage.
