As an Events Assistant , you'll work at live retail and event locations, helping bring client campaigns to life. You'll meet new people throughout the day, introduce campaigns, answer questions, build interest, and help turn positive interactions into measurable customer growth.

A typical day could involve:

→ Setting up and preparing for the day's campaign

→ Engaging with customers and starting conversations

→ Presenting client products, services, and campaign information

→ Answering questions and creating a professional customer experience

→ Supporting sales and customer acquisition targets

→ Working closely with your team to achieve campaign goals

You'll be trained from the beginning and supported through regular coaching and feedback. As your skills and performance develop, there are opportunities to take on greater responsibility and progress into leadership.

We're looking for people who bring energy, confidence, and professionalism to the room. You should enjoy meeting new people, work well within a team, and be comfortable in a fast-moving environment where results matter.

Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, or other people-facing work can transfer well, but we're equally interested in attitude, communication skills, and potential.

This is a fully in-person role and is not available remotely or on a hybrid basis.
