AURA Skypool is hiring an Events Coordinator to plan and deliver private events, brand activations and signature pool-day experiences at Dubai’s most iconic rooftop destination. Located on the 50th floor of The Palm Tower and operated by Sunset Hospitality Group, AURA hosts everything from intimate celebrations and corporate buyouts to high-profile brand launches and seasonal activations.

As Events Coordinator you will be the link between clients and the operations team — preparing proposals, building run sheets and floor plans, coordinating suppliers, and being on the ground to ensure flawless execution. You will work closely with sales, marketing, F&B and kitchen teams to bring each event to life on time and on budget. The role suits an organised, creative and client-confident professional who enjoys the energy of live events and takes pride in getting every detail right.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute private events, buyouts, brand activations and seasonal experiences
• Act as the main point of contact for clients from enquiry through to post-event follow-up
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, BEOs, floor plans and detailed run sheets
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and internal departments on logistics, setup and timings
• Manage event budgets, track costs and ensure profitability targets are met
• Be present on-site during events to oversee setup, execution and breakdown
• Gather post-event feedback and maintain an events calendar and client database

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in events coordination within hospitality, beach clubs, hotels or lifestyle venues
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event or CRM software is an advantage
• Creative eye for styling, layout and guest experience detail
• Calm, solutions-focused approach under tight deadlines
• UAE market knowledge preferred; flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days
