Excavator Operator in Ar-Ruwais, Canada. We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Canada. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate and move materials on construction sites. Your main duties will include operating the excavator safely and efficiently, conducting routine maintenance, and following all safety protocols.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator
- Valid certification or license to operate heavy equipment
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Physically fit to perform manual labor and operate heavy machinery
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Operate the excavator safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Conduct pre-start checks on equipment before each shift and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Read and understand construction plans to ensure proper excavation procedures are followed
- Communicate effectively with other team members on the job site
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Ensure that the work area is kept clean and organized at all times
