Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of excavation equipment to excavate, move and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain excavators in a safe and efficient manner
• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine the location of underground utilities and other obstacles
• Dig trenches, ditches, foundations, and other excavations as required by the project
• Load and unload materials using the excavator's bucket or attachments
• Conduct daily pre-operational checks on equipment and report any defects or maintenance requirements to the supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on site

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator on construction sites
• Valid certification or license to operate heavy machinery in Qatar
• Knowledge of excavation techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Physical strength and stamina to work long hours in varying weather conditions
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
• Ability to read construction plans and blueprints is preferred but not required

Salary: 1600$ per month.
