Executive Assistant

Predicting consumer behavior is the holy grail of marketing — and we’re building it.

BluePill AI creates AI-powered synthetic consumers — digital twins of real audiences that let brands instantly test, validate, and simulate consumer reactions to products, ads, and campaigns before they go live. We’re a VC-backed startup built by alumni from Amazon AI, AI2, and Cornell, and backed by top-tier investors.

We’re reimagining how companies understand their customers and creating an entirely new category along the way. BluePill AI is building the future of consumer insights — where every brand can have their customers “on speed dial.”

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO and keep BluePill AI operating at a high level. This is not a traditional administrative role — it’s a high-ownership position at the center of a fast-moving startup.

You will be the force multiplier for the CEO: managing operations, communication, scheduling, follow-through, and helping keep the company organized during a period of rapid growth. If you thrive in ambiguity, anticipate needs before they appear, and can operate with speed, precision, and discretion — you’ll love this role.

Executive Support & Operations

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and daily workflow with precision
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, investor conversations, and internal reviews
• Ensure important items do not fall through the cracks — handle reminders, deadlines, and prep

Communication & Coordination

• Draft, refine, and manage emails, documents, announcements, and investor communications
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage information flow and keep the CEO fully briefed on what matters

Company Operations & Execution

• Assist with onboarding, team coordination, scheduling, and documentation
• Organize company meetings, prep materials, track deliverables, and drive follow-through
• Support recruiting, vendor management, travel logistics, and light finance/admin tasks

Special Projects

• Take on high-impact, cross-functional projects depending on company needs
• Handle research, deck preparation, workflows, or operational initiatives
• Step in wherever needed — the EA keeps the engine running smoothly

• Extreme ownership — you take initiative and don’t need hand-holding
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Ability to anticipate needs , remove friction, and make the CEO more effective
• Comfort with a fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment
• High discretion and trustworthiness — you’ll handle sensitive information
• Operational athlete — able to manage logistics, priorities, and people
• Bonus: Experience at a tech startup, supporting a founder or senior exec

You’ll operate at the heart of the company during its most important early stage.

Your impact on execution, velocity, and operational clarity will be massive.

If you want a front-row seat to building an AI startup — and enjoy being the person who keeps the entire system running — this role is uniquely rewarding.
