NNC is looking for an experienced, highly organised and resourceful Executive Assistant to C-Level Leadership to provide comprehensive support across three key areas: Executive Assistance and Business Support .
This is not a traditional administrative role.
We are looking for someone who can operate as a trusted extension of the executive office—protecting leadership time, anticipating needs, managing priorities, coordinating across teams, conducting research, preparing executive-level materials and ensuring important decisions and actions are followed through from start to finish.

- Identify and improve processes that reduce unnecessary administrative friction.
AI & Digital Productivity

What Success Looks Like
The executives you support spend less time managing logistics and more time focused on work that only they can do.
You understand priorities and protect leadership time.
You leave meetings with clear decisions, owners and next steps—and you make sure they move.
You know what needs executive attention, what can wait and what can be resolved elsewhere.
You anticipate needs before they become requests.
You conduct research that helps leadership make decisions, not just collect information.
You turn complexity into clear, useful summaries.
You keep both business and personal responsibilities organised with discretion.
People trust you with sensitive information.
Internal teams know what is expected when something comes through the executive office.
External stakeholders experience NNC's leadership office as organised, responsive and professional.
And when priorities change quickly, you bring structure rather than more noise.
