We are an international business entering an important phase of growth in Doha. As we build the local team and hire across several functions, we are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to help bring structure and momentum to a fast-moving operation.
Working directly with the Founder, you will provide high-level executive support and oversee the day-to-day coordination of the Doha office. You will act as a trusted link between the Founder, leadership team, employees and external partners around the world.
The role will initially include elements of business and office management. As the team grows, it could evolve into a broader operational or Chief of Staff position for the right person.
You are organised, proactive and comfortable working closely with senior leaders in a changing environment. You combine sound judgement and attention to detail with a practical willingness to get things done.
