What You’ll Be Doing
- Own a complex executive calendar, priorities, and follow-through
- Coordinate domestic/international travel and detailed itineraries
- Prepare meetings, presentations, reports, and executive materials
- Manage expenses, invoices, confidential information, and key metrics
- Coordinate events, visitors, onboarding, and cross-functional initiatives
- Proactively streamline administrative systems and remove low-value work
About You
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred
- Exceptional discretion, judgment, accountability, and communication
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and data-tracking capabilities
- Comfortable supporting a fast-paced executive on-site and after hours as needed
