Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Freshers Welcome)
We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine kitchen in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Indian national or someone with a strong understanding of Indian cuisine, you will bring your expertise and creativity to our team.
Responsibilities: Plan and create menus for our Indian restaurant, ensuring authenticity and quality of dishes Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all Indian dishes Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are maintained Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients for the Indian kitchen Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Collaborate with other chefs on cross-cultural menu items or events Requirements: Strong understanding and experience in Indian cuisine Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a similar setting preferred but freshers are welcome to apply Ability to lead and train kitchen staff Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Knowledge of food safety regulations Ability to work under pressureWe offer competitive salary packages, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
