Demands for the candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in an executive chef or corporate chef position
- Culinary education from a recognized institution
- Advanced knowledge in classical cooking techniques
- Experience with Western, Mediterranean and Asian foods
- Proficiency in quality control and food presentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
