Position Overview GMG is seeking an Executive - Retail Brand Marketing in Dubai, UAE to support the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns from initial concept through production and in-store implementation. The role combines campaign coordination with hands-on creative and technical design responsibilities, including marketing artwork, technical drawings, 3D visualizations, POSM, signage, and other retail branding assets. The position requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, vendors, and installation teams to deliver accurate, brand-aligned campaigns within agreed timelines and budgets.

Marketing and Campaign Execution

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Develop marketing materials and create original artwork when required.
• Adapt approved Key Visuals across relevant marketing channels while maintaining visual consistency.
• Ensure campaign materials comply with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and customer experience standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign implementation and recommend improvements based on performance and evolving business requirements.

Design and Retail Implementation

A key part of this position is converting creative campaign concepts into accurate, production-ready materials suitable for physical retail environments.

• Create technical drawings, printable artwork, 3D renderings, and visualizations for POSM, in-store branding, and experiential marketing elements.
• Translate approved creative concepts into functional and visually accurate production-ready designs.
• Prepare production specifications and technical documentation required for fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate the production and installation of POSM, signage, displays, and campaign materials across retail locations.
• Review production samples and completed installations for quality, accuracy, and alignment with approved designs.
• Coordinate with vendors and installation teams to support timely campaign delivery.
• Maintain organized artwork files, technical drawings, production specifications, and related documentation.

What You Bring

• Bachelor 's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience developing marketing materials, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations and coordinating production and installation activities.
• Knowledge of retail brand marketing and integrated campaign execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Proficiency with 3D visualization software.
• Ability to produce original artwork, technical drawings, printable files, and 3D renderings.
• Understanding of POSM production, signage, fabrication, and retail implementation processes.
• Strong project coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail when preparing production-ready artwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet required deadlines.
