Experienced Barista - Seasonal Position in Doha, Qatar We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar for a seasonal position. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and tea beverages for our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
Ensure quality of all beverages by following company's recipes and standards
Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including brewing equipment and counters
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise
Restock supplies as needed, including cups, lids, syrups, and milk
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is preferred
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from different backgrounds
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Egyptian or Nepali nationality preferred

This is a seasonal position with the possibility of extension.
Salary will be 1700$ per month.
