Experienced Construction Manager in Ar-Ruwais
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Ar-Ruwais, providing guidance and supervision to our team of workers. The successful candidate will have previous experience in project management and a strong understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction workers Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or conflicts Monitor progress and quality of work throughout the construction process Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Resolve any problems or conflicts that may arise during the construction process Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications Strong problem-solving abilities Familiarity with project management software Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field BenefitsThis is an urgent position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
