Restaurant Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar Experienced Restaurant Manager
We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring top-quality service and excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor food quality and presentation, making necessary adjustments when needed.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
City: This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
