We are seeking a skilled and experienced waiter to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Doha. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, and we are specifically looking for candidates from African or Egyptian nationality who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Memorize daily specials and menu items to make recommendations to guests
• Ensure all food and drinks are served at the correct temperature and according to guest preferences
• Handle any guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas throughout service
• Process payments accurately using POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are served correctly and efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining establishment is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Knowledge of different types of wine and cocktails is an asset
• Must have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively
