Factory Manager (Fibreglass Pots & Planters)

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and independent Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on industry knowledge of producing fibreglass pots and planters. You will be responsible for managing the entire production floor, leading our team, handling client communications, and ensuring every order is tracked, updated, and delivered strictly on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Timeline Management: Track all orders from start to completion, strictly following timelines to ensure on-time fulfillment.


• System Updates: Timely update the status and progress of each order directly on our internal system.


• Team Leadership & Crisis Management: Lead, manage, and motivate the entire factory team while effectively handling day-to-day challenges and crisis management.


• Client Relations: Communicate professionally and fluently with clients when required, representing the company to the highest standard.


• Administrative Duties: Handle basic computer tasks, including documentation using Microsoft Word and managing digital order trackers.

What We Offer

• Salary: Negotiable, ranging between 2,000-3,000 AED per month.

• Industry Experience: Prior working knowledge and technical understanding of fibreglass pots and planters manufacturing.


• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Hindi (essential for team coordination and client communication).


• Work Style: Highly proactive, capable of taking initiative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Computer Literacy: Good working knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Word, email, and internal tracking systems).


• Licensing: Valid driver's license is appreciated.
