Family Assistant to CEO

UHNW family in Palm Beach seeking a Family Assistant in the home. Must have experience working for a UHNW family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist the principal in the home. Experience with house management, personal assistant and serving is a must. The candidate should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
• Help with serving parties and events
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
• Schedule travel
• Planning events
• Serving events
• Manage vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree a plus
• 5 plus years of experience working in the home of a UHNW family
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
• Ability to travel when needed
• Must be based in Florida
