Babli is a growing D2 C women's fashion brand focused on comfortable everyday wear made primarily from cotton, handloom cotton, and yarn-dyed fabrics.
We are looking for a Fashion Designer who can contribute to trend research, fabric selection, sampling, garment development, fit corrections, embroidery development, print development, and collection creation for women's western and fusion wear.
Key Responsibilities
Trend research and collection development Fabric selection and sourcing Sampling, fitting, and garment development Print, embroidery, and surface development Coordination with masters, artisans, karigars, and vendors Technical sketches, tech packs, and specification sheets Product styling, photoshoots, and collection launches Working closely with production teams to ensure commercial viabilityPreferred Experience
Women's western and fusion wear Garment construction and product development Fabric sourcing and textile knowledge Embroidery and surface development Sampling and fit corrections Experience working with artisans and production teamsPortfolio submission is mandatory.
