Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team, including scheduling and performance management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Monitor sales, costs, inventory, wastage, and overall restaurant performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff productivity and provide training and coaching as required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain efficient operations during peak hours.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and minimize food and operational waste.
