Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an F&B Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel, luxury resort, private household, royal family, or VVIP/VIP residence Strong knowledge of fine dining, butler service, private events, and luxury hospitality standards Proven ability to manage high-profile dining experiences with exceptional attention to detail Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards Currently based in Qatar Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily Food & Beverage operations for the VVIP family and their guests Ensure exceptional personalized service that meets the highest luxury hospitality standards Supervise, train, and develop the F&B service team Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef and household departments to ensure seamless service Manage private dining, family events, and special occasions with meticulous attention to detail Monitor inventory, operational standards, and service excellence Pay: QAR5,582.44 - QAR11,149.18 per month Work Location: In person
