Job Summary

We are seeking 5–6 professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Waitresses to join our one of premium and well established a hospitality client in Al Ain, UAE.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or similar hospitality environments, excellent English communication skills, and a warm, welcoming personality.

Candidates should demonstrate elegance, confidence, professionalism, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Applications from candidates currently residing outside the UAE are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional customer service.
  
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and assist guests with their selections.
  
• Accurately take and communicate customer orders.
  
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high hospitality standards.
  
• Ensure guests feel comfortable, valued, and well attended to throughout their visit.
  
• Maintain excellent personal grooming, hygiene, and professional presentation.
  
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and attractive dining areas.
  
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
  
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
  
• Follow established service procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies.
  
• Adapt quickly to operational requirements and changing customer demands.
  
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and team-oriented working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Waitress, Server, or in a similar café, restaurant, or hospitality position is required.
  
• Fluent or proficient spoken English is essential.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Well-groomed, elegant, and professionally presented.
  
• Friendly, cheerful, polite, and welcoming personality.
  
• Confident and comfortable interacting with guests.
