Job Description
We are seeking 5–6 professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Waitresses to join our one of premium and well established a hospitality client in Al Ain, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional customer service.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and assist guests with their selections.
- Accurately take and communicate customer orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high hospitality standards.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable, valued, and well attended to throughout their visit.
- Maintain excellent personal grooming, hygiene, and professional presentation.
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and attractive dining areas.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
- Follow established service procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Adapt quickly to operational requirements and changing customer demands.
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and team-oriented working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Waitress, Server, or in a similar café, restaurant, or hospitality position is required.
- Fluent or proficient spoken English is essential.

- Friendly, cheerful, polite, and welcoming personality.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with guests.
