Hire Alpha is seeking an experienced FI Cross-Sell Activation Business Analyst / Project Manager for an opportunity in Qatar. The role focuses on driving cross-selling and product activation for Financial Institution (FI) clients.

The successful candidate should have experience in Financial Institutions or Correspondent Banking, along with knowledge of Global Transaction Banking (GTB) products such as cash management, trade finance, lending, or foreign exchange (FX). Strong business analysis or project management delivery experience is required.

Key Responsibilities Drive cross-selling initiatives and product activation for Financial Institution clients. Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Business Requirements Specifications (BRSs). Map and document client onboarding processes. Coordinate with business, product, and technology teams. Support delivery of business analysis or project management initiatives. Requirements and Qualifications 14+ years of overall professional experience. At least 7 years of banking experience. Exposure to Financial Institutions or Correspondent Banking. Knowledge of GTB products, including one or more of the following: Cash management Trade finance Lending Foreign exchange (FX) Strong track record in Business Analysis (BA) or Project Management (PM) delivery. A notice period of 30 days is preferred.
