Manage and optimize the performance of Multi-Stage Flash Evaporation (MSFE) units through regular system checks, operational oversight and maintenance of chemical balances, contributing to the effective and sustainable desalination process Operational Management Perform regular checks on Multi-Stage Flash Evaporation systems, ensuring all components are functioning correctly and efficiently. Oversee the initiation and shutdown of MSFE units according to operational procedures to maximize output and minimize wear. Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all operational data, including ODG readings and equipment status reports. Manage chemical levels and preparations necessary for MSFE operations, conducting routine chemical analyses to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Carry out regular sample analysis for process streams within the MSFE to monitor system efficiency and output quality.
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
