Filipino Retail Sales Associate in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. A reputable retail company in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Filipino Retail Sales Associate to join their team. As a retail sales associate, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and promote sales by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Greeting and welcoming customers into the store
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing accurate information about the products
- Recommending products based on customer needs and preferences
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves are fully stocked at all times
- Achieving sales targets set by the management
- Participating in inventory counts as needed
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- A pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work on weekends or shifts as needed
