Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the group's financial strategy
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial reporting
- Supporting acquisitions, development projects, and due diligence processes
- Driving performance analysis across assets and implementing corrective actions
- Managing banking, audit, and shareholder relationships
- Establishing robust financial controls, systems, and compliance frameworks
- Leading and mentoring the finance team across corporate and property levels
- Partnering with operations to maximise profitability and efficiency
- Overseeing capital expenditure planning and investment evaluation
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Significant experience within the hospitality sector, ideally in a multi-property environment
- Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role
- Strong expertise across financial strategy, treasury, tax, and reporting
- Experience in M&A, due diligence, and investment structuring is highly desirable
- Prior Middle East experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
