Finance Manager - For exciting fast paced scale up - (Government backed)

This is a exciting technology team and need someone to help drive this Finance element forward and support the directors and team.
What We’re Looking For Essential: - 5–10 years’ finance experience in the UAE, with strong working knowledge of local regulation and tax
- 2–3 years in a start-up or scale-up environment, ideally helping build the finance function from an early stage
- Hands-on experience across month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
- Practical experience with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance
- Comfortable preparing reporting for boards, investors, or government stakeholders
- Experience implementing or improving accounting systems and financial controls
- Recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent) would be nice to have but not necessary.
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai or able to relocate within the UAE
Strong english, great communication skills and with a background ideally both in the UAE and outside the region with at least 2-3 years of start up/scale up experience
