Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Dubai. The Financial Analyst will prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and reports to support decision-making and business planning. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, developing financial models, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and identifying trends and variances. The role will support management with data-driven insights on revenue, costs, and profitability, and contribute to optimizing financial processes and controls. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal policies, and alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and timely management and statutory reports.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools to build and maintain financial models and dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, preferably within professional services or consulting environments.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with confidential information responsibly.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
