We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Works Foreman to lead our finishing teams on high-profile construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of finishing works to ensure high-quality standards, timely completion, and safety compliance, contributing to the successful delivery of outstanding construction results.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing works activities on site, including plastering, painting, tiling, and other surface finishes
- Ensure the finishing works meet quality standards and project specifications
- Manage daily workflow and assign tasks to finishing crews effectively
- Monitor and maintain adherence to safety regulations and site standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify any defects
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage and labor hours
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity
Qualifications
- Proven 3 Years experience as a Finishing Works Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and commitment to enforcing them on site.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to work in UAE, with valid work permits or sponsorship.
